Summary

Yo Nunca does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app works entirely offline, requests no system permissions, and includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.

Storage

What's stored, and where

Everything the app generates is stored only in your device's private storage and never leaves it:

• Custom phrases you add while playing.
• Active session state (selected categories, game progress), so you can resume where you left off.
• Content-notice acknowledgment, once you've accepted it the first time you open the app.

This information is never sent to any server, is excluded from automatic system backups, is deleted if you uninstall the app, and you can delete individual custom phrases at any time from "My Phrases".

Permissions & third parties

What the app requests, and who it shares data with

Nothing, and no one. The app requests no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or external storage, and uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs of any kind.

Adult content

The app includes an adult-content category ("Spicy"). A notice is shown the first time the app is opened, which must be acknowledged to continue — it's an informational confirmation, not an age-verification system, and it collects no data about you. Yo Nunca is not directed at users under 18.

Your rights

Since the app doesn't process data outside your device, there's no information the developer can access, modify, or delete on your behalf: it all lives solely on your phone, and you have full control over it.

Changes

If this policy changes (for example, if a new service were ever added), this same page will be updated with the new date.
